Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SaafOps website and service (the “Service”). By using SaafOps you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.
What SaafOps is
SaafOps helps food businesses record, organise, and produce their own food-safety compliance records — hygiene, temperature, cleaning, pest control, staff, and equipment logs — and export inspector-ready reports.
Independence and no guarantee
SaafOps is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) or any state Food and Drug Administration (FDA). We do not issue, influence, or guarantee licences, ratings, or inspection outcomes. SaafOps does not provide legal advice. Regulatory compliance — and the accuracy and completeness of the records you enter — remains your responsibility as the food business operator.
Your account and responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- Ensure the checks and records logged through the Service are true and performed as described.
- Use the Service lawfully and not misuse or disrupt it.
Your data
The compliance records you create are yours. We handle them as described in our Privacy Policy.
Fees
Your first outlet is free. Paid plans, where applicable, are billed as described at the time you subscribe. We will give reasonable notice of any change to fees.
Availability and warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep it reliable but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SaafOps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any regulatory action, penalty, or loss arising from your compliance obligations, which remain your responsibility.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above; continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Maharashtra, India shall have jurisdiction.
